Features Each angel is made from the same pattern; however, no two angels are exactly the same. After transferring that pattern to broadcloth for the body, after sewing, turning and stuffing, each angel is a little bit different. They are all approximately 13" tall. They start taking on their own personality already. It might be the tilt of her head or the size of her feet that make her different. The next step is to give her a dress and paint on shoes to match. Then comes the hair and the face. The last step is the most fun. Accessories!!!! And that's what makes each angel unique. Some have accessories for work, some for play. Some hold cats, some dogs, some have a bird perched on their shoulder. Some have hats, some hate hats. All of the girl angels have either short or long bloomers on. The angels with short bloomers also have a slip made of netting. And since everyone looks up a doll's dress, we put something on the slip or the bloomers, a button or a charm. There are always buttons or charms sewn onto the dress. (Nancy has her own button box now and still likes to play with the buttons.) The guy angels also have a button or two somewhere. Sometimes you have to look for them. Each angel is signed by Nancy with the year the angel was born. And each angel comes with a gift tag.
